Ghost Recon: Wildlands Gets an Official TV Spot

Video game publisher and developer Ubisoft officially releases a television spot to promote its forthcoming tactical third-person shooter, Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

Considering the fact that the video game release schedule for 2017 is already jam-packed with a plethora of different types of titles from all kinds of genres, publishers and developers are going to have to continue to utilize as many promotional avenues as possible in order to make sure audiences everywhere are as informed as they can be about the companies’ forthcoming products. With this being the case, Ubisoft has decided to put together an official TV spot to advertise the release of its tactical third-person shooter Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

As seen below in the video courtesy of the Ubisoft US YouTube channel, the TV spot for the developer’s upcoming entry in the popular Tom Clancy series contains plenty of over-the-top action and slickly produced computer generated segments, while also touting the huge array of dynamic scenarios and situations in Ghost Recon: Wildlands that can adapt to practically any gamer’s play style. Not to mention, the clip also makes sure to point out fans’ ability to take part in the third-person shooter’s open beta next week, which begins on February 23 and ends on February 27.

Naturally, since Ubisoft only has a little under a minute to try and fit all of what Ghost Recon: Wildlands has to offer in the television advertisement, the publisher and developer has also been relying heavily on the Internet to publicize the title’s content. As a matter of fact, the company has released several different trailers for the game, with one in particular giving fans a look at more than 20 minutes of single player gameplay.

Of course, Ghost Recon: Wildlands is far more than a single player experience, as Ubisoft has repeatedly reminded fans of the forthcoming game’s tactical squad-based features, with the company having released a lot of footage containing teams of up to four different operatives banding together to infiltrate and take down the Santa Blanca cartel. For instance, Ubisoft’s Operation Skydive trailer for Ghost Recon: Wildlands shows how fast and efficiently players can complete a mission if they work together for a common goal.

For those unaware, Ghost Recon: Wildlands release date is coming sooner than one may think, as it’s set to launch at the beginning of next month, which is just a little more than two short weeks away from today. With this being the case, fans should expect to see plenty more pieces of promotional material crop up between now and then, as the hype for one of the most highly anticipated video games of 2017 continues to mount.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is set to launch on March 7, 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
