We’re t-minus 2 weeks and counting to the release of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and so the first discounts on PC are starting to reveal themselves. The good thing is that the first major PC deal is not just on your basic standard edition, but also on the more expensive Legacy and Deluxe Editions. These are the first major pre-purchase deals for the upcoming CoD.
The 15% discount is found at Green Man Gaming as part of their “No Tricks, Just Treats” Halloween-themed promotion. There you’ll find several upcoming or recently released titles with hidden discounts, but the key to picking them out is finding the deals with a carved pumpkin photoshopped into the game’s image on their site. Or to skip the fuss, we’ve rounded up all the qualifying titles to make your savings trip easier.
New deal! Use coupon: COD6 for an additional 6% off.
Note: Most deals must be added to cart before price is shown.
All of the titles above are rare discounts on titles that don’t typically receive discounts (particularly since most are yet-to-be released titles). The Halloween themed sale doesn’t have an official expiration date yet, but is likely to end at some point later this month. We’ll update pricing accordingly if any of the deals above expire.
For those not in the know about the many versions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, the more expensive editions contain a copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. The high def revamp of Modern Warfare is only available by buying the $79.99 Legacy or $99.99 Deluxe Editions of Infinite Warfare. That makes the price drop to $67.99 and $84.99 a value worth looking into for die-hard Call of Duty fans.
The Legacy Edition for $67.99 (after discount) contains the Infinite Warfare game and Modern Warfare Remastered. The Deluxe Edition for $84.99 gets you Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare Remastered, and the Infinite Warfare Season Pass for DLC content. If you were planning on spending the $80 list price for the Legacy Edition anyway, grabbing the discounted Deluxe for $5 more doesn’t look like such a bad prospect.
While we don’t think Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s latest live action trailer is going to convert any undecided fans – this title is shaping up to be one of the biggest of the year following Battlefield 1. If you’re a console gamer looking for deals on either the Legacy or Deluxe Edition for the Xbox One or PlayStation 4, check back in a few days as we round up the full deals available on the web.
