Does the new year demand a new Xbox? The Xbox One S deals aren’t dead just yet (though they will be soon) with some holiday clingers still in the works at a few retailers. Some of them are about as good as Cyber Monday too!
The best 1TB console deal to pick up is the Gears of War 4 or Battlefield 1 bundle at Walmart. At the big discount retailer, you’ll get your choice of 1TB console with the $50 holiday discount to $299 plus a bonus $50 Walmart Gift Card and a free wireless controller ($50 value). Essentially this is a $50 discounted Xbox One bundle with $100 in bonuses.
For the best 500GB deal, your best bet is at Newegg’s eBay outlet store, where the 500GB Battlefield 1 bundle is priced only at $230. Even better, since Newegg only has warehouse/physical location at select states, you’ll also be able to save on sales tax.
Elsewhere online those $50 holiday discounts have vanished, but at least the Microsoft Store is offering plenty of bonuses to compensate for the lack of a price break. Instead of a $50 discount, Microsoft will give you a $50 Gift Code (arrives via email). On top of that you get two free games. The first is your choice from a list of 16 with titles like Gears of War 4, ReCore, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, and more. Also included is a free copy of Ubisoft’s The Crew.

Bonus: All Xbox One gets $50 gift code plus a free copy of The Crew along with a free game of choice.
Keep in mind that these deals are only available for a limited time. Microsoft’s offers, for example, are valid now through December 31st, basically the end of the year. Walmart’s bundle doesn’t have an end date but is instead limited by quantity available. Based on Walmart bundle offers from the past, this will end before the end of the week. For Newegg’s deal the discount will last until supplies are sold out.
