1. Victoriousx Service Overview Victoriousx offers a digital magazine and blog platform featuring articles, resources, and insights centered on the teachings of Jesus Christ (the “Content”). We may also make available for sale digital products, memberships, and physical merchandise (collectively, “Products”).
2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 13 years old; (b) you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Accounts and Registration To access certain features, memberships, or premium content, you may be required to register for an account. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 4. General Payment Terms Purchase of any Product through the Service may require you to pay fees. Before you pay any fees, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
5. Price Victoriousx reserves the right to determine pricing for all Products and Memberships. Victoriousx may change the fees for any Product or Membership upon advance notice. Promotional offers may be made at Victoriousx’s sole discretion.
6. Authorization You authorize Victoriousx and its third-party payment processors to charge all sums for the Products you purchase and Memberships you subscribe to, including all applicable taxes, to the payment method specified in your account.
7. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions Memberships may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges. If you activate such a Membership, you authorize Victoriousx or its third-party payment processors to periodically charge, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation, all accrued sums on or before the payment due date. You must cancel your Membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Membership Fee to your account. You may cancel your Membership by accessing the Billing tab in your profile or by contacting us at [email protected].
8. Returns and Refunds
- Physical Products: We will accept returns for defective physical Products made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue a full refund for valid returns.
- Digital Products & Memberships: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital Products and Membership subscriptions are final and non-refundable except solely at the discretion of Victoriousx.
9. Intellectual Property and Content Usage The Service is owned and operated by Victoriousx. The articles, blog posts, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, and all other elements of the Service and Products (“Materials”) are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Victoriousx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
10. Third-Party Data and Advertising Please note that the Service utilizes third-party service providers for advertising, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Data Sharing: By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your User Data (including but not limited to usage data, device information, and IP address) to our third-party advertising partners and analytics providers (“Third-Party Partners”).
- No Liability for Third Parties: Victoriousx does not control the privacy practices of these Third-Party Partners. You agree that Victoriousx is not responsible for any data collection, use, or disclosure performed by any Third-Party Partner. You further agree that Victoriousx is not liable for any damages or consequences resulting from the policies or actions of these third parties.
11. User Conduct and Comments You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws. In the context of our comment sections or community features, you agree not to post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes discrimination. Victoriousx reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion.
12. Content Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk By reading, viewing, or consuming any Content on the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Nature of Content: The Content provided on Victoriousx is for informational and inspirational purposes only. The views, opinions, and theological interpretations expressed in the articles are those of the individual authors and do not necessarily reflect the official views of Victoriousx. Content is subjective and may change without notice.
- No Professional Advice: The Content does not constitute professional religious, theological, legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice. You should not rely on the Content as a substitute for professional counsel from a qualified pastor, attorney, doctor, or financial advisor.

No advice or information obtained by you from the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability This section is for the protection of the Service owners and writers.
- Protected Parties: For the purposes of this section, “Victoriousx Entities” shall include Victoriousx, its owners, principals, operators, shareholders, members, managers, employees, independent contractors, affiliates, and all article authors, guest contributors, and content creators, whether acting in an individual capacity or as agents of the Service. This protection applies regardless of whether Victoriousx is organized as a corporation, limited liability company, sole proprietorship, or unincorporated association.
- Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Victoriousx Entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, as well as emotional distress, mental anguish, or spiritual offense, even if Victoriousx has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the Service, these Terms, or your consumption of Content.
- Monetary Cap: Victoriousx’s total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Victoriousx in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
15. Indemnity You agree to protect the owners and writers legally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the Victoriousx Entities (as defined in Section 14) from and against every claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or connected with:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party right (including intellectual property or privacy rights).
- Your consumption of, reaction to, or reliance upon any Content provided on the Service.
16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
- Binding Arbitration: You and Victoriousx agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
- No Class Actions: You agree that you may bring claims against Victoriousx only in an individual capacity. The arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted on an individual basis, and not on a class-wide or consolidated basis.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Modification of the Service and Terms Victoriousx reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without notice. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Victoriousx.
- Survival: Sections 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 will survive termination of these Terms.
